The Question

If we wouldn’t live with permanent emergency
molding our needs…
what would we need to live?
Where is true desire?
What if there is no desire at all?
If we discover we don’t wish…
can we keep on living?
Would I be closer to the mystical world,
out of this “real” one?

This world is full of
wishes thrown like missiles
on off guard people
that get the consumerism virus
and learn how to live with it…

Some other people
try to strengthen the antivirus defense
with heart and soul…
and sometimes we loose our lives in this fight…
becoming wrestlers of a non decided cause,
but survivors of a cannibal world out of necessity…

Meanwhile, we keep trying
to rock our little world
with strong hand…
a world filled with
all the beauty and good
we can live and create…
But sometimes it becomes a bit unreal…
like that wonderful piece of jewelry
that belonged to a grandmother
and passes around generations
in our families..
that jewelry we long
to become worthy to get and cherish and keep
until the next chosen one…
And when the time comes,
and we are the treasure keeper
of beauty and history,
the piece looses the magical power
that bewitched us with longing desires…
and we show it at parties
or we keep it in a box
to protect it from stealers…
