This is how the sky currently looks like - as if the earth is burning... Amazing!

Please simple ignore the ugly building and the bad crop ;-) I took this photo with disabled white-balance and it is not retouched at all.

This is the mast of the famous ship "Rickmer Rickmers" in the Hamburg harbour.

I actually like the difference between the warm sun and the cold sky, but anyhow I am not 100% sure if I like this shot.

Another free-hand HDR. As well a little bit "shaky" but the sky looked so very awesome that I had to try to take the 3 exposures for a HDR.

Another HDR from the rhine shore. I had a direct view on shore and wanted to fetch the colorful reflections of the lights in the water. I think I didn't do a too bad job ;-)

I arrived at about 10.20pm in the middle of the "Severinsbruecke" and prepared my cam for the big bonfire. I took some shots of the nice view from the bridge and built a HDR from it. Well.. this is one of the resulting photos :)

I like the antilogy tradition (crop growing) and modernity (electricity, tractor tracks) in this shot. It was taken in Schwalbach/Eschborn (near to Frankfurt) while I was staying there for a class at EMC²
