Ein Bild aus dem vergangenen Jahr (ist ja nicht schwer...). Eigentlich elf Bilder, zusammengesetzt mit Photoshop's Photomerge. Das Motiv: Die Elbe bei den drei Elbschlössern mit Blauem Wunder (rechts) und Curly (ganz rechts)... | A picture (or better: eleven pictures) taken last year in January, showing the river Elbe with the three castles, the famous bridge "Blaues Wunder" (blue wonder). Stitched with Photoshop.

Angeregt durch die Eiffelturm-Bilder von Carsten - ganz andere, natürlich! - habe ich im Archiv diesen Klumpfuß gefunden. Zusammengesetzt aus vier Bildern mit Calico. | Carsten's completely different pictures inspired me to search my archives, and I found this clubfoot, stitched with Calico using four pictures.

Von den unteren Stufen nahe der Elbe, ausnahmsweise ohne Publikum. Heute waren die Graukappen busweise angekarrt worden - dieses Bild (zusammengesetzt aus drei Aufnahmen mit Calico) ist vom Juni 2005. | Pillnitz Castle seen from the steps at the banks of the river Elbe. Today there were lots of people, average age 70plus, so I had to take old pictures form June 2005. Three pictures were stitched with Calico.

Der "große Krater" auf Vulcano hat über hundert Jahre Ruhe gegeben - aber er gilt als gefährlich, kann jederzeit ausbrechen. Die Vulkanologen überwachen ihn penibel und hoffen, vor einem Ausbruch rechtzeitig Bescheid geben zu können...
Panorama aus 16 hochformatigen Bildern, zusammengesetzt mit Calico. | The "Gran cratere" - the big one - on Vulcano has been quiet for more than 100 years. But the specialists think that it a very explosive volcano, and so they observe it and hope to give their warnings in time...
