This is a re-publication of one of my older image experiments. I dug this out again after having read the magnificent book "Drive-By Shootings" by David Bradford, who presents some truly breathtaking BW pictures he often shot blindly without actually framing his camera by looking through his viewfinder (highly recommended, a KÖNEMANN book, ISBN 3-8331-1298-0).

The picture I am showing was shot in similar manner, using a Coolpix 995, which I actually had to stretch to its outermost capability limits to get this picture in color. I refer to the technique I used to take this picture as "Ignore Your View Finder".
