That is actually a place made for wheelchair users that can help themselves into the water. They would of course have to go a little bit further into the water. (I did not want to get my feet wet.)
A bit further down, there is a lift for those who need more help. Gets them safely into the water.
I borrowed Janke's chair, she sat in the car laughing.

The original. I was looking through the camera, hoping for an aeroplane to come by. This is close to the airport so the chances are good. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw the woman aproaching. I thought she had flair and walked briskly. So now I really really wanted an aeroplane to be there at the right moment. And there it is, right in front of her head.
Inside the magazine there is a story about a young Danish man who went to Portugal to have some surgery done, involving stem-cells. He paid for it himself and has mad some progress, but not much. I wanted the chair to symbolize him, leaving his chair there on his way to the airport, hoping for a miracle.
It is a Danish Magazine for people with spinal injuries and anyone interested. I have taken pictures for them on several occasions.

A shot I am very fond of. The reflection is from a poster on a box on the sidewalk. The car is a vintage Spider from Alfa Romeo.
I can't remember precisely where I took the shot, i.e. the name of the street. We stayed at Hotel Bogotá where Yva, the famous photograper had an apartment and where Helmut Newton became her pupil. It is on Schlüterstraße, round the corner from Kdam and I was walking in the vicinity. So my Geotagging is not correct. But I was somewhere in the vicinity. :)

This fantastic building, by architect Santiago Calatrava, turns 90 degrees around its own axis. It is 190 m high. It is comprised of 9 cubes, 5 floors in each cube. Each floor is about 400 sq mtrs.

One of my personal favourites. I took it from the other side of a really busy street in Rome and I could not believe my luck - I did manage to shoot between cars.
The red spot on his tummy is not blood. Notice that he resembles the photographer at the bottom of the Fendi picture. Everything around him is really tidy, his blankets folded, his shoes in their place, and his water bottle in the bottom left corner.
