I'm so glad they came with me...this is so historical no matter what political views one has...they are glad they came too.

This was a *part* of the line for the Presidential Rally in Evansville, IN. for Senator Hillary Clinton...it started out in front of Harrison High School (where the rally was) and snaked up this street...down the street you see to the right...up a hill there...turning another right down another street...all the way to the high way....SERIOUSLY...

This was right before she went on stage...she came right up to me just after this...shaking my hand...I was so stunned...all that came out of my mouth were these brilliant words.... "we love you, I love you, git 'em ggggguuuuuurrrrrrrrrlllllllll" ....
she smiled and said "I'll do that"

btw Jonathan and I almost did a play together once LOL LOL LOL but he was running for a different politcal office (US congressman for Indiana) then...and got a little busy :-D

I love this pic of her...it really shows her warmth...for those who claim she is a polarizing candidate or figure or person...they need only be in her immediate presence...It is the pundits and media that have deemed her this...she is none of those things...

Okay I know the quality sucks but this is prolly my fav *arms length* pic I've taken to date! :-D I attended a Hillary Clinton presidential rally tonight...and hee hee those of you who know me well...know of course I just had to get my crazy lil ass right up front :-DDDD (*wink* to Werner) ...SO I met her when she entered and when she left...Her speech was very inspiring to say the least...this pic was taken as she was leaving...I had a choice to make...have her sign my poster...or try to get a pic with her...as the crowd was beginning to squish me a little...so of course thinking of all of you here on Ipernity...I chose...GET THE PIC if ya can! :-D So as she got closer to me...I said to her..."Hillary may I please get a pic with you"...I'm really fast at it...I promise"...and she DID...and what was so charming and endearing about her reply to me...was...her tone...and how she answered me...I've been to plenty of political events...with politicians etc. and they are usually polite...but abrupt...and answer in one word or one syllable words even...like yes or no...or no answer at all...which I understand...they are tired...and just want to get outta there and on to the next venue or possibly to catch some sleep...but not Hillary...when I asked her the above question...she looked right at me...very down to Earth...not putting on pretences...and said "of course... yes...sure I will..." and smiling... and looking at me with a look like "why are you asking me so crazy and proper like? like it's some big deal?" Seriously...she was this *real* not phoney...very approachable...and smiling a genuine smile...

and I have to add...as I took the pic...I was squeezing her to me...a little too hard I guess as my hand slipped up to her neck...I thought OMG I'm choking her...but still she was gracious and smiling...
