Meine RPG-Gruppe und ich :D wie man sehen kann spielen wir Star Wars, und zwar nach dem d20-System (pen&paper). (Sieht hier nur aus wie Larp, ist aber einfach ne Fotomontage, wir haben keine Klamotten oder so *g*) Weil wir auch so dumme Verarschesongs hin und wieder machen und unsere eigenen Charaktere auf die Schippe nehmen, hab ich mir schonmal Gedanken zu einem "CD-Cover" gemacht.... das sieht jetzt so aus, und ich find es trifft uns recht gut hihi.

ja... mit Photoshop und ein paar Brushes usw. kann man das viel schöner und schärfer machen.. aber hey.. meins ist ein FOTO :D ein ziemlich mieses, aber immerhin *hust* Ich hab versucht, den Mond zu fotografieren... Experiment gescheitert würd ich sagen.. sind alle leicht unschaft, einfach nicht zu gebrauchen. Aber beim Rumspielen kam dann das da bei raus, und auf diese Größe verkleinert schauts doch ganz ok aus :D

Starfield and nebula

Humm... I don't know if I can be content with that, but I think it's not so very ugly.. at least it 's possible to recognize it as space and stars.
This is for our Star Wars RPG. I created the starfield according to a very good tutorial (just type in starfield tutorial in google, the first hit it is) which worked quite fine.
The nebula is a mixture of an Apophysis flame (I don't understand that stupid program, so I just took the first flame that looked a bit like... cloudy something *g*) and I then started to make the halo and beams with Photoshop. Then I copied the starfield and the nebula together... I like the stars.. I'm not tooo confident with the nebula, but as Ive been trying to understand Apophysis for over half a year now and I just don't get the clue how I can create a flame that looks the way I want it to, I think I have to be happy to have a nebula at all haha.

P.S.: humm.. the stars look a bit square like here.. the original is much better and there is more detail in the starfield (soft halos)

Discover Leama!

uff... took me lots of time to make that, but I think it's all right now. I had a tutorial for the planet and tried to use another tut for the nebula, but because I only have PS6 I couldn't use the CS2-brushes and then started to be creative on my own and use at least 3 million layers with several effects and clouds and dodge burn whatever... until this came out :D
I really love and hate my chaos... it makes me creative and I can make nice things, but I never can reproduce them because I don't know HOW I did it. Anyway... hope you enjoy :D
