Vestmannaeyjar (West man Island) is one of the most beautiful place in Iceland in my opinion. I am sure it is hard to find a golf course that has nicer surroundings. The view from some of the tees is as good as it gets :) If you want to get some perspective you should look at this photo in full size because you will be able to see the people in the background that are playing other holes. The trees are not blocking the view in this golf course :)

Fourth green in the golf course in Vestmannaeyjar in Iceland. People from Vestmannaeyjar learn at an early age to climb the hills for eggs and birds, so I am sure these spectators on the cliff in the background were more comfortable sitting there than I was just looking at them.

Once a year in the beginning of August there is is a big festival in Vestmannaeyjar. These men that are sitting on the cliff in the background are working hard making the ( need a word here ) ready, but they took a break to look at the golfers down below. The eight green is nearly under this cliff as you can see if you look at this photo in full size so I am sure the view from up there is great :)
