Along the Ridge Line and Horizon of Trees are Positioned one of the Strongest Artillery Positions of the Civil War. From these Flowers, the Confederates under the Heavy Fire of Federal Artillery on the Hill Will Advance 100 yards then drop like flies in these fields, being Killed and Wounded in the Thousands. And, as some of the Generals said - "It was Not War - It Was Murder".

On Malvern Fields, Wildflowers Grow, But Not the Poppy's from Flanders.

If you Look at the Map - These Wild Flowers are Positioned from the Confederate Attack of General Lou Armistead with Red Dash Line ending in Number 6. The Federal Artillery would be at the Tree Line and Field.

Campers are in the Tent by the Sea Oats. There are no Paved Roads on Cape Lookout. You need Positraction or Four Wheel Drive. All Wheels are Needed, with a Good Clearance off of the Sand.

FUBA R - F_____, Up, Beyond, All, Recognition! And, this large Rock atop Monkey Mountain shows the Location and Feelings of Troops from Across America. The White Ship in the Harbor of DaNang is the Red Cross Hospital Ship, which was There to Help treat the Wounded Americans in Country. I heard that after the Americans left the Country, Boom Boom Rock or FUBAR Rock was Rolled Over the Clift by the Vietnamese. You Can See the Date of 69 on the Rock, with places throughout the United States or Outfits that passed by this Rock, which is close to the Top of Monkey Mountain, and has a Commanding View of the Harbor.

Malvern Battlefield, Richmond, Virginia. Here an Army of 90,000 Union Troops, Led by General McClellan Defend the Tree Line and Ridge of Malvern Hill. From the Bottom of this Photo, Robert E. Lee Attacks with His Southern Confederate Forces in Wave after Wave of Troops. The Artillery Fire from the House and Tree Line is Too Much, and the Confederates Lie Down in the Wheat Fields, Hoping to Escape Death. It is said in these Fields, where the Confederates died in the Thousands Trying to Chase the Northern Union Troops away from Richmond that this was "Murder" and Not "War". The Next Morning, July 2nd, 1862 - The Federals or Union Troops had Withdrawn to the James River. The Confederates having Chased McClellan Away from Richmond after Seven Days of Bloody Battles Were in no Condition to Pursue the Retreating Federals.
