finally ...today it started snowing... :) ...everything is white ...a change of scenery is great...
I made this picture in the morning when it was just starting.... but since then it the snow flakes got bigger and bigger...
ok ok...it was hell in traffic ... but I wasn't in it ...it's easier by foot and subway :)

After my 2nd exam ( i must add a bleah for it :P )...I took a walk in the most beautifully Christmas decorated park in Bucharest ... it was snowing with lights... unfortunately we'll have to wait for the snow a bit more.. it was full of boutiques with toys and gingerbread and hot wine... a nice , but very cold december walk...:)

The trees looked so weird..I didn't noticed before that they are so tilted,maybe the also tilted man, he was a bit "too happy", accentuated that....

I wonder what he was writing on his phone...and where he was going..how he got there...
... just a story I saw on my way back home...

Here in Bucharest yesterday and today the subway workers were on strike...yeahh yey for us.. so... the underground public transportation was blocked until 4 p.m. in the evening.. so the mornings were a bit more difficult for lots and lots of people... the buses and trams were more than full and there were lots of traffic jams...
Yesterday I used my bike so it was very nice and relaxing :) And today my sister offered to give me a ride to work with her car ( thanks :) ) ..while waiting for the traffic lights to turn green I saw the bus next to us... and I instantly smiled when I saw these two funny drawings on the window of that bus...
That's what keeps us going, I think....hope and humor... :)

So it was a funny morning...in a gray and jammed city....

Today went to a big new mall that opened a few days ago in Bucharest...it's near this subway station....whenever we pass this station we say it's the Prism station because the pattern from the pillars resemble the Nokia Prism telephone..I know..it's silly... :P

nooooo.....I mean..I believe that they exist, but..still no aliens here, because Chuck Norris is on earth. They are waiting for him to die before coming...(for the Chuck Norris joke fans :) )

..but we do have an invasion here in Bucharest.. in every corner... in every neighborhood there are new office buildings...they are like mushrooms that grow after the rain... .. and it looks just like a bunch of different styles of buildings thrown without any concern for the architecture...

next to that biiiig building ( I think it's the tallest in Bucharest) there is my work place, that seems so tiny next to that Giant..:)

This morning I was in a biiiiiiiiig hurry because I was late for work...so I was speeding and speeding on the bike lane... until.. i got to this tree.. and I just had to stop for a moment to catch this autumn magic... the tree was so beautiful and the leafs were falling so slowly like they were floating in the air ...it was a big contrast with the rush of my dizzy morning...

Not one of my best photos..but I liked the tree so much...

Tuesday was a not so good day... because of different reasons I didn't manage to make the most of this day.but at least in the middle of the day I had a very beautiful moment of peace and quiet with someone very dear to me ;;) We had a stroll in the autumnal park.... it has a lake with many lily flowers and the leafs were all colorful and had little rain drops on them...I enjoyed it very much :)
