Fear in a Handful of Dust

This picture belongs to the series shot in my street in Varanasi (Benaras) while four men were emptying plaster bags from a truck.
It was very dusty, although they reminded me “butoh” dancers performing with white-body makeup.
This japonese contemporary dance came after the second world war and among several things the choreography is a remembrance of the suffering of Hiroshima's atomic bomb.
It rises the question of how is it still possible to dance after such a thing and in some ways it is easy to compare this concept of art to those workers living in dust.

For safety, I personally wearing my Ipernity helmet at all times, including when combing my hair.
(Life, for me, has its tough moments -- but at least I remember not to put the apostrophe in the possessive of "it!")
(For pretentious intellectuals like me, that little big of correctness means a lot - OODLES more than it should.)

Think: if the Hindenburg had been made of marble it probably would never have fallen out of the sky in flames!

But marble doesn't burn. And marble zeppelins fly , so very, VERY low -- sometimes as low as moles!

Come to think of it, marble might be great for making blimps!
And inflating tires (if that would still be the right word for it)!

-- And then we come to the obvious idea-reverse delight of childrens' marbles filled with helium!

Why didn't I think of this before? (I guess I had an attack of sanity which greatly limits my creative thought.)

Well -- back to the drawing boar -- NO! Marble condoms! No accidental kiddies and, well, who knows all the implications of such a creation?

(Now, I'll eat dinner before my "creativity" makes me puke!)

He's recharging, obviously, like any true professional must do.

Now, his siesta long-finished, the building (and the girls by the swimming pool!) have taken his place.
