I tried to sharpen it but the original version is the best by far.
Color(s):
The R1 can be set to very intense colors - as I like it for macros. (Not a good idea for red "targets"). This image: On my screens the colors are very realistic, very true.
The best blue color I get by switching to the Adobe RGB colorspace. Here I had not to change the settings as the blue of the blossom is very intense.
For macros I've bought (together with the cam) a close-up lens and I am very content with the results.
Now I am looking for a replacement with optics as good or even better - and till today I couldn't find one.
Heavy and loud DSLR I do not want for walking and concerts - it should be something "mirrorless".

In the Swamps - On the Banks.
I though it over and over if I should crop that image. No, it remains as it is: With the withered weed (a part of that wild banks) the bright surface and the dark wood behind. All belongs together and
every detail is part of the image's atmosphere - just as I've seen it.
In den Sümpfen - Am Ufer.
Lange habe ich überlegt ob ein Ausschnitt besser wäre - aber es blieb wie es ist: Das trockne Kraut, die helle Oberfläche, das dunkle Holz, all das schafft die Atmosphäre wie ich sie erlebt habe.

In and around the swamps. Here the banks of the ponds often are covered with flowers like this little bellflower. And as it is typical (at least for my R1) I should have changed the colorspace to Adobe RGB to get the blue color much more intense
