Die massiv andere Farbdarstellung der Browser ist schon sehr krass. Im Endeffekt ist es unmöglich ein Bild "richtig" einzustellen - denn nun sind nicht mehr nur die unterschiedlichen Monitorcharakteristiken ungewiss, sondern auch die unterschiedlichen Browser. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, mal eine gleiche Bilderwebsite mit verschiedenen Browsern zu öffnen, übereinander zu legen und hin und her zu schalten. Die Unterschiede sind gravierend.

Zur Originalgröße

Problemlösung:

1. "about:config" in die Adresszeile eintippen und Enter drücken.
2. den Eintrag "gfx.color_management.enabled" in der Liste finden
3. den genannten Eintrag doppelklicken, so dass dort wo vorher "false" stand dann "true" steht
4. Firefox beenden und neu starten
5. fertig
