Last week the temperature was -40C, and a clean car would stay clean. As soon as it gets to about-20C, the city starts to put a mixture of sand and salt on the roads to melt the ice and snow. At this time you can't keep a car clean! :(

Here is Orin Charles Emmanual Oberlander, my new grandson. He was born today at 1:23 pm Pacific Standard time, and they were sent home as a family 3 hours later. I can't wait to see him!
