It doesn't look so bad here, but trust me, I got scared when lifting that shirt and before that I had to lay down on the bed to close those pants :S

But I really did it.
We got up a bit late today (6.30 a.m.), usually we are already awake that time. I had one cup of coffee to wake up and read a bit.
I went back upstairs in our bedroom and did my little stretching program, some easy sit ups and some easy weights and push ups against the wall for my arms. All not more than 10 minutes, but it’s a start.
After that warm up, I got in my shoes, took the dogs and went for an easy 10 minute run.
Took a shower, washed my hair and had a cereal and more coffee. Too much of that again, but I’m drinking more water too ;)

Activity:
little stretching
easy sit ups (30)
easy weights and push ups against the wall for my arms
(altogether about 10 minutes)
easy 10 minute run
resting on the Couch - uh, wrong category ;)

Food:
1 Banana with 1/2 cup sugar free oat and dried fruit cereal with 1/2 cup of low fat milk
2 pieces of dark bred, one with Tuna salad and one with fresh cheese
1/2 cucumber

Beverage:
4 cups of coffee
1,5 L water
too much red vine

Current weight: 79 Kilos / 173.8 pounds (but that doesn’t really mean anything on that inaccurate scale ;))
14 Kilos / 30.8 pounds to go

It's fun - we have already 5 members, but are a tad lazy still ;)

Wir sind tatsaechlich in Ungarn angekommen, das Internet laeuft - anaolg und 56k - also habt Geduld mit mir.
Neue Bilder kommen irgendwann und meine Besuche auch ;)
Warum Ungarn? Nunja, die Preise sind noch immer einigermassen human. Zumindest um eine Wohnung fuer einen laengeren Zeitpunkt aus Spass zu halten.
Jetzt machen wir erst mal Urlaub und ab Januar gibts evtl. einen neuen Job. Mal sehen.
Abhaengig von der tollen ungarischen Leitung wird auch mein upload sein, aber ihr habt ja bestimmt noch ein paar alte Bilder, die ihr noch nicht geguckt habe, in meinen sets ;)

We really got to hungary and the Internet is finally working too - analog with a 56k modem - yawn - so please be patient with me!
New pics will come and my visits too ;)
Why hungary - well., it´s still cheap to live here, at least when you rent a place for a year just for fun :P
Now we have some sort of vacation and in January we will start a new job (maybe).
Depending on the wonderfully staedy hungarian internet line will be my upload, but I´m sure, you still have some pics, you have not seen yet in my sets :P

Wir sind gut angekommen, haben es auch alle drei gut ueberstanden. King ist fidel und munter, wir haben ein Appartement und seit gestern eine superschnelle Internetverbindung.
Allerdings auch schon fast 700 Attacken auf den PC. Mal sehen, wie lange er das aushaelt.
Melde mich nur kurz, da noch viel putzen, einkaufen und rumgerenne ansteht . Also habt bitte Geduld mit mir :)

We have reached Korea without trouble and we are all safe. King is fit and hapy, we have a nice Appartement and a fast Internet line. We will see how long our PC will survive this time, because since yesterday we already got attacked 700 times :(
Just a short and quick Hi from me. I still have a lot to clean here, do some shopping for the necessary household stuff and so on. So please excuse me for a while :)

Fuer die, die gefragt haben: Nach dem Urlaub sieht es hier zwar immer noch aus, wie in einem grossen Ghetto, aber es ist ertraeglicher als vorher und ich denke, es wird etwas besser, als beim letzten mal ;)
Wie haben eine grosse Kueche, Wohn und Schlafzimmer, zwei grosse Badezimmer und einen Hof draussen. UND keine Vermieter, die nerven und direkt neben oder unter uns wohnen!

For all who have asked: After the vacation it still all looks like a big Ghetto over here, but I think, I can take it better and with all the plans I have, it should be good.
We have a real living room now, a big kitchen, two big bathrooms and a bi bedroom,and a nice patio so all should be fine :)
And we have NO landlords that are living right by us!
