Er hat ganz friedlich auf Fisch gewartet und hat auch mehr bekommen als er erwartet hat. Er durfte mit einer Riesentasche voll gehen :)

We would have needed that 6.8 Kilo Beauty yesterday.
Floyd caught it with a baitfish. Somehow the bigger ones like these better then the lurers it seems. Maybe fish DO learn over the years ;)
I fished all afternoon too (with lurers) and had my first hit from a pike, but I lost it. Oh well :)
Now I'm dead tired and will go to bed soon!
Take care out there and see you whenever .... sigh.....!

To get this net full of fish, they had to work in the water, starting at one side, wading through the cold, splashing with sticks to get the fish in the net and some holding the net, closing in and getting it tight.
For one month of this work they get around 300,- Euro. Go figure.

Um dieses Netz voller Fische zu bekommen, mussten sie im Wasser arbeiten. Angefangen an einer Seite, die Fische mit Stoecken, die auf's Wasser platschen in das Netz getrieben, andere, die das Netz halten, einen Kreis bilden und immer enger machen.
Fuer einen Monat mit dieser Arbeit bekommen die Leute ca. 300,- Euro. Alles klar?!

Ich finde es klasse, dass sie alle nach einer Weile fuer mich posiert haben, nachdem sie die erste Scheu ueberwunden hatten.
Allerdings musste ich immer sehr schnell sein, weil sie ja auch so schnell arbeiten mussten.

We got a free boat ride on a police boat (nice!) loads of food and drinks and we decided to stay over night. The doggies stayed at the fishing lake and hat a blast too (the Babysitter as well ;)
