We have been on the Balzer fishing tournament Saturday.
It was a great experience. This time they fished from the shore instead of boats. The areas were sepreated in two sides of the lake. First part was two hoyrs on one side and then two hours on the other.
No huge fish got caught, neither by us nor by any other. The biggest was 3 Kilo. But our friend Patrick (a 13 year old local boy) did win the first price and Floyd got the price for the best "Auslaender" (foreigner ;).
It was a pretty cool day with lots of great people.

Er hat ganz friedlich auf Fisch gewartet und hat auch mehr bekommen als er erwartet hat. Er durfte mit einer Riesentasche voll gehen :)

Sie beobachtet King beim schwimmen und ueberlegt, auch ins Wasser zu gehen. Sie ist nicht, haette aber genausogut gehen koennen, da sie nach dem spielen genauso nass war, als wenn sie drin gewesen waere ;)

Yesterday at the lake.
King's testing the ice, walking and sniffing around, not feeling cold at all.
Catching some fish for Lunch and sharing them with the others, if out of free will, I doubt ;)
Have happy holidays out there. I'm way behind with visits, but I'm catching up :)

OK, I'm more or less back.
Stopped at lake Balaton to fulfill a promise for a flickr friend and get some sand :)
I thought, this is a nice spot to do so. Took a picture of the event too and will post it tomorrow. Also all the 365 pictures.

The land you can barely see over there is Tihany. When I'm in the mood, I'll find some Info about it .
The weather was cold and not very friendly. So I only took a little walk, a few pictures which did not turn out very great as you can see and got acshepards sand from Hungary :)
