At least, yesterday it was.
The sun was burning for two days, rain and storm during the nights. Almost summer like.
Hubby and I went for walks each day, I'm trying to finish my tefl certificate in time (I have until end of January), so I'm not around much lately.
I'll be visiting you all more soon again. More about the reason in a short while.

We went to "our" fishing lake and enjoyed a beautiful, sunshiny day and lots of beer :)
After they closed down we went with the owner to a close by Pizzeria and had some good Schnitzels.
It's always fun. He doesn't speak either English or German and we don't speak Hungarian, but we still manage to communicate.

We have been on the Balzer fishing tournament Saturday.
It was a great experience. This time they fished from the shore instead of boats. The areas were sepreated in two sides of the lake. First part was two hoyrs on one side and then two hours on the other.
No huge fish got caught, neither by us nor by any other. The biggest was 3 Kilo. But our friend Patrick (a 13 year old local boy) did win the first price and Floyd got the price for the best "Auslaender" (foreigner ;).
It was a pretty cool day with lots of great people.

Preferably somewhere where he can smoke (smoking only in the entrance area) and away from that women crap tombola ;) His wife Rosi is very concentrated. I tried to get her attention, but no way ;)

At the "Bully". That's how the Hungarians call ithis sort of disco. We have been there Saturday evening. I think, it was sort of a benefit thing, because there was a Tombola at midnight and prices quite low.

Bevorzugterweise irgendwohin, wo er rauchen kann (rauchen nur in der Eingangshalle) und weg von dem Weiberkram. Seine Frau ist sehr konzentriert, damit sie bei der Tombola nichts verpasst. Keine Chance, ihre Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen.

Das hier war die "grosse" Disco am Samstag, von den Ungarn "Bully" genannt.
Ich vermute, dass es eine Art Wohltaetigkeitsveranstaltung war, da die Preise sehr gering waren und es um Mitternacht eine Tombola gab.

Tired but happy am I today.
I was a bit cranky this morning, but it helped that hubby convinced me to come fishing with him ;)
I saw a bazillion of beautiful birds, some of them swans on the big lake near “our” fishing lake, took some shots and hope, at least a few turned out decent.

Muede aber gluecklich bin ich heute. Mein Mann hat mich zum fischen mitgeschleppt und es hat sich gelohnt. Bei einem kleinen Spaziergang mit den Hundis habe ich an dem grossen See in der Naehe “unseres” Sees ganz viele verschiedene Voegel gesehen und fotografiert. Schwaene waren auch dabei, doch die waren zu weit weg .
