&lt;br /&gt;
But I really did it.&lt;br /&gt;
We got up a bit late today (6.30 a.m.), usually we are already awake that time. I had one cup of coffee to wake up and read a bit.&lt;br /&gt;
I went back upstairs in our bedroom and did my little stretching program, some easy sit ups and some easy weights and push ups against the wall for my arms. All not more than 10 minutes, but it’s a start.&lt;br /&gt;
After that warm up, I got in my shoes, took the dogs and went for an easy 10 minute run.&lt;br /&gt;
Took a shower, washed my hair and had a cereal and more coffee. Too much of that again, but I’m drinking more water too ;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Activity:&lt;br /&gt;
little stretching&lt;br /&gt;
easy sit ups (30)&lt;br /&gt;
easy weights and push ups against the wall for my arms&lt;br /&gt;
(altogether about 10 minutes)&lt;br /&gt;
easy 10 minute run&lt;br /&gt;
resting on the Couch - uh, wrong category ;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Food:&lt;br /&gt;
1 Banana with 1/2 cup sugar free oat and dried fruit cereal with 1/2 cup of low fat milk&lt;br /&gt;
2 pieces of dark bred, one with Tuna salad and one with fresh cheese&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cucumber&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Beverage:&lt;br /&gt;
4 cups of coffee&lt;br /&gt;
1,5 L water&lt;br /&gt;
too much red vine&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Current weight: 79 Kilos / 173.8 pounds (but that doesn’t really mean anything on that inaccurate scale ;))&lt;br /&gt;
14 Kilos / 30.8 pounds to go&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 If anyone wants to join the Fitnessclub 2007 just register an account for free at wordpress.com and let me know your user name. I will add you as an Admin on this blog and you can kick ass with us :)&lt;br /&gt;
