Seems that this place has been abandoned long time ago.

Actually it is used as a storage space for a construction company, but the right framing, 'selective' HDR and some Photoshop work augmented the loneliness :-)

50's Magirus-Deutz Bus

This abandoned bus I spotted in a small village in Eastern Austria. No interior, the engine is missing - and still a beauty...

It has part glass roof also in the front area! That bus also looks extremely stylish from behind. Couldn't identify the model or manufacturing year. Help, please!

This bus was once driving in Vienna. After that it obviously served for some 'event' company. They painted it in overall red and replaced the roof with some cheap plastic cover.

I assume finally technical problems put this bus in this spot on the country side - repair may be expansive. From the distance it looks like a London bus, lost in the Austrian wilderness....

Shot in Eastern Austria

What once was a pharmacy (German: Apotheke) has closed long ago.
Only the letters remain. On a busy street, lots of traffic passes and nobody stops here anymore.

Except photographers, perhaps.

The sun was about to set and I was riding in a car south of Moscow. I opened the window and an ice cold breeze came in. Then I pushed the release button.

Simple.
Russia is a great place.

It was built in Austria 1899 and retired in the mid 60's.

US Armor

Research of this vehicle on the Internet revealed that it is a M26 tank transporter.

I shot this photo in 1984. This interesting truck was left behind in Austria after US troups left in 1955 and was parked in the garden of a collector at that time.

Kolomna is a small city south of Moscow that still has a tramway in service.

Just before sunset unit 009 is passing one of the beautiful, renovated churches of Kolumna.
