I was tagged by Angela ;o) So when I logged in (at work... ahemm) I immediately had to take a snap shot and upload it... I decided to allow my good workbuddy Spot the Polarbear to join me ;o) I didn't have the camera with me so this is a mobile snap shot :o)

The game:

1. sit down (or stand up).
2. take a picture of yourself right now. don't primp, just snap one!
3. upload it.
4. tag 5 people to do the same.

That's all!

NB!! I'll have to tag people when I get home... the computer at work doesn't allow me to do that ;o)

Update: I'm home and I can start tagging... muhahahaha!

Today I went hiking on Mt. Esja with my some of my coworkers... the company we work for decided to donate 2000 kr. to the Icelandic Cancer Society for each person that hiked up the mountain.

The weather was rather bad... stormy and raining, but the hike did me good (as it always does)... I didn't have my camera with me so this is shot on my mobile phone... hence the bad quality... well the bad quality of the photo, not the bad quality of my face... that comes naturally... LOL

We collected over one and a half million kr. today! :o) I've never seen so many people on those trails!

At the top... standing tall! :D

Ok, yet another stroll down memory lane... I was a bit hesitant about uploading this one... but I absolutely love it! :o) ... and when you're that small, you have to try and stand tall! ;o)

Had a bit of a do last weekend at work... :D

Oh... and you can blame the faulty focus on... eeehhh... the evil mojitos? ... and I'm not as drunk as I look!!! :D

I have to say... this was really funny. People I work with and know me, looked at me and looked away again or walked past me without any reaction... they didn't recognize me! LOL... I found that absolutely brilliant! :D And people were asking the girls I work with (who were dressed the same), who this small, darkhaired woman was... LOL!

... all dressed up and purdy! :D

Ok, time for a trip down memory lane again... :o)

My best friend's father was/is the local photographer in the small town where I grew up. One day when we were playing outside he called us into the studio and wanted to test some new light he had bought, so he took our pictures.

As you can see my friend was always prepared, neat and tidy, with red ribbons in her hair. I on the other hand was always a bit of a tomboy ;o)

On this photo, I remember he told us to look "serious" ... I took it so literally that I look like I'm about to burst into tears... I remember I didn't quite understand how to be serious on demand... :o)

10 years old... I think :o)

My best friend's father was/is the local photographer in the small town where I grew up. One day when we were playing outside he called us into the studio and wanted to test some new light he had bought, so he took our pictures.

You might notice the markings on my face... on my cheek, above and below my mouth and on the left side of my nose. I had recently ran (full throttle) into a barbed wire trying to be quick enough to catch the last swing on the playground ;o)

I never had my picture taken in those days, so I treasure this one :o)

This is the most secret agent photo... (you never saw it!!!!) Xcuse the poor quality of my most secret camera... it's hidden in the frame of my laptop!
I lost my most secret agent hat in the move but I found my thermo powered woolly hat and my extra special X-ray glasses... so now I can see through your screen.. muhahahaha!

... but I absolutely love them! The most comfortable shoes I've ever had... I've hardly taken them off since I got them. Even went for a short hike in them :D I still have to try the real thing and see if they are better...

No, I've not gone completely mad, I just had to upload this one for Miz J !! :D

OK, there is a story behind this one...

It was taken a few years back (in 2003 I think) when I lived in Denmark with my family. Because of school I had to go to Iceland a few times alone and stay for weeks away from my kids. One day I missed them especially much so I decided to send them of photo of me (so they wouldn't forget how I look!)

I tried a beauty shot but that does not work with me ;o) And then it dawned on me... of course I'll send them a photo of me as they know me from our daily life! and this is it... this is me... and this is how my kids know me... goofy as hell :D
