Non, ce n'est pas un mix au vinyl... C'est un mélange de séquences pré-enregistrées que je lance en direct ainsi que d'effets en tout genres... donc, pas mal d'aléas et d'inspirations différentes à chaque prestation, ce qui laisse le jeu relativement libre. La plupart de ces séquences sont samplées de sources existantes et les autres composées de toutes pièces.
Les difficultés principales sont surtout de trouver un arrangement cohérent entre ces boucles mais aussi de savoir quoi sampler et où le trouver. Entre le millimétrage des points de coupe, la création des patterns et les tests d'arrangement, d'effets, etc - on peut considérer que 15 mn équivalent à 7 à 10 jours de préparation à plein temps.
Quant à la musique, c'est plutôt dancefloor, résolument absurde, plein de clins d'œils et finalement très peu représentatif de ce que je compose d'habitude, alors ne prenez pas ça trop au sérieux, montez le son & enjoy ! :)
