After six years I finally found an outro... I created the last part (the half tempo) today, check it out... :)
(it start at around 1:55 min.)

I also added the voices this time (although I'm not so sure yet if I'm happy with them, especially the first?)

Ah, probably you noticed already, the "piano"-sound is a little unusual here... =)

I found it quite late and then even also needed a little while more to explore the beauty of this CD and finally appreciated the whole record much more. :) Even if I loved "That Lady" immediately... it's just an aweseomely funky track. ;)

From the CD: "...They borrowed the high-voltage machismo from one of their early sideman - a guitarist named Jimi Hendrix - and they added their sweet and sweaty, gospel-drenched vocals to the powerhouse songs and multi-instrumental chops of the musicians of their own family. The result was a body-shaking revolution of the mind, the spirit and the soul."

I can listen to it at any time of the year... it always puts me up and I remember automaticly hot summer days. ;)

This is a Bonus-Track from "Cookie: The Anthropological Mixtape". About this CD the Rolling Stone once wrote: "This is the recording Prince is still trying to make

I like this track a lot, because of the very relaxed chorus (sung by Me'shell) and the bass-playing (Me'shell in the early 90s earned her reputation because of her bass-playing skills), plus the spoken word passages, that make this piece of music kinda special.

Omar, one of my favorite soul/r&b-artists of the 90s, on his latest record "Sing (if you want it)" shows that he still has it (after I didn't expect that he could surprise me anymore). Now I even think it's his best record to this point! And that he was able to work with people like Stevie Wonder shows his worth in this kind of music.

This is a very special track for me. A mixture of jazz/big-band, funk, soul and rap. So, all the styles I love in so called 'black music'. Kind of one of my absolute favorite songs of this kind... alone because it's just a very unique piece of music (even if I have examples that tried something similar later).

It's taken from the tribute-recording for Marvin Gaye compiled in 1995 (that I'm proud to have and love since about 1996). I already recommended this CD on this pic:
