Every philosophy no matter what religion sustain have a common approach to these fundamental points in our body and surly this subject overcomes every physic boundaries. Every culture has understood the elementary significance of our equilibrium as a whole and body reacts when our spirit is troubled.

The 4th chakra, which is mainly related with the heart and the diaphragm, is responsible for the feelings as love, hate, resentment, bitterness, disappointment, anger, egocentrism, loneliness, commitment, forgiveness, compassion, hope and trust.

To reach the sense of balance between all those feelings we have to listening every signs and most illness come from disturb and exhausted minds and spirits...

If it is possible add a short text, a feeling, a though, a poem, a quote.

brilho-de-conta has added a post:

In my wandering walks occasionally it’s nice to find a different shop. I’m not too much keen on consuming philosophy, but it’s nice to visit now and then enjoyable places…especially old shops. A few days ago I discovered a pleasant teashop, maybe is a common concept where you live, but in Portugal is totally new.

The Portuguese Catherine of Braganza (pt.:Catarina de Bragança), who was married with Charles II of England, introduced tea ritual in English royal court. Since then English have started to consume tea. Although the only European tea plantation is located in Azores, Portuguese are not so keen on tea as English, but we are starting to appreciate it. We produce there the Gorreana Tea (a green tea).

I’m not intend to make explicit publicity, but I wish to share with you a peaceful and insightful moment. This shop is called first flush (o espírito do chá) and it is running by a calm and polite women called Ana Rita. There is also a beautiful website, only in Portuguese :-( but is worthy to visit it, even if you don’t understand the language, you can see marvellous pictures from plantations around the world. First flush is located in a centre of Lisbon in a quiet street and sells teas from every corner of the world, it’s an elegant shop and you can also buy interesting tea accessories such as tea pots, cups, etc. In my opinion to appreciate tea is necessary to have a proper atmosphere, when we buy it and when we taste it.

If one day you will come to Portugal, and for luck you pass by Lisbon, I strongly advice a visit to this place. You will enjoy it; there are special scents there. This is a shop for tea lovers!

Album: The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn

Year: 2007

Title: Animals

Now that I'm alone I feel the lonely brokenness

Of all the wicked avenues I've ever sold my love on

All these moments of meekness and trembling subsided

I'm the outright abandon of this orphan child

Home is on the highway living on soft bread and solace

I guess I'm waiting for nightfall or a solar eclipse

And to wake up half empty

Only to be filled again with mourning

He's my evil shadow dove

My black Palamito

Can't break him like a diamond skull

I can't seem to do so

Can't just rob him out like the

Mob used to do so

Like memories of porno and tearstains

And tobacco O it's a mini disastro

Bigger than the ice age don't know if baby dinosaurs

Maybe could live through it, like Indians and butterflies

What's crushed is my spirit, Oh I fear it is too fragile

Like fall leaves burn like paper

I always knew I would spend a lot of time alone

No one would understand me

Maybe I should go and live amongst the animals

Spend all my time amongst the animals

And on the tracks I would go they lead to the sea

To be amongst the animals

Oh I'm just a fill leaf something simple and shy lie that

That's how my heart lies down beside the sidewalk

Like an empty restaurant filled with perfume and balloons

I sit and entertain the bisarro ghosts of my soul

His name still lingers maybe lactates on my tongue

Perhaps I'm just teething for a foreign fallen destiny

Miserable but mine, I look like his mother

Or Sophia Loren in an old fashioned movie

Slow motion I cling to my child desperate for love

One day soon my brother died, made me remember all the

Subordinate feelings I cast aside

Maybe I had lied when I said I was ok

Just getting along like a little song that stops to sing and say

"Wild willow, windy winter won't you blow through me

My whole eternity"

Year: 2007

Title: Animals

Now that I'm alone I feel the lonely brokenness

Of all the wicked avenues I've ever sold my love on

All these moments of meekness and trembling subsided

I'm the outright abandon of this orphan child

Home is on the highway living on soft bread and solace

I guess I'm waiting for nightfall or a solar eclipse

And to wake up half empty

Only to be filled again with mourning

He's my evil shadow dove

My black Palamito

Can't break him like a diamond skull

I can't seem to do so

Can't just rob him out like the

Mob used to do so

Like memories of porno and tearstains

And tobacco O it's a mini disastro

Bigger than the ice age don't know if baby dinosaurs

Maybe could live through it, like Indians and butterflies

What's crushed is my spirit, Oh I fear it is too fragile

Like fall leaves burn like paper

I always knew I would spend a lot of time alone

No one would understand me

Maybe I should go and live amongst the animals

Spend all my time amongst the animals

And on the tracks I would go they lead to the sea

To be amongst the animals

Oh I'm just a fill leaf something simple and shy lie that

That's how my heart lies down beside the sidewalk

Like an empty restaurant filled with perfume and balloons

I sit and entertain the bisarro ghosts of my soul

His name still lingers maybe lactates on my tongue

Perhaps I'm just teething for a foreign fallen destiny

Miserable but mine, I look like his mother

Or Sophia Loren in an old fashioned movie

Slow motion I cling to my child desperate for love

One day soon my brother died, made me remember all the

Subordinate feelings I cast aside

Maybe I had lied when I said I was ok

Just getting along like a little song that stops to sing and say

"Wild willow, windy winter won't you blow through me

My whole eternity"

</media:text>
