I've been a little under the weather for the last couple of days and developed a helluva sinus infection which seemed to peak tonight. I couldn't breath out of my nose at all and my head felt like it weighed a hundred pounds....

I tried boiling a pot of water and stood there trying to breath in the steam with a towel over my head.....nothing. I tried the Vicks on my nose..... Nothing would work. The pharmacy was closed so I couldn't run over to grab some Sudafed. Needless to say I was at my wits end and was desperate to try anything.

I started googling sinus infections and that led me to natural remedies. Well I didn't have a neti pot or peppermint oil on hand but I did have Cayenne pepper. After reading up on a few stories of how sniffing a tiny bit of Cayenne pepper would definitely clear away any sinus infection, I thought I would give it a try.

Has anyone ever tried this? Let me tell you..I was extremely wary. I sprinkled the tiniest bit of Cayenne powder and then touched my finger lightly to it. Gave it a little sniff on only one nostril and then waited for something to happen. After about 3 seconds I started swearing and pressing my nose for the burn was unbelievable. It felt like that side of my nose was on fire! It lasted about 5 minutes but one thing I did notice finally after all the pain was that I was able to breathe out of that side. So....you know what happens next....

After about 20 minutes I was able to breath again from both sides. I had numb nostrils for about an hour but it was well worth the pain.

Hope this helps anyone in dire straights with a sinus infection.:))

2) RAILA ODINGA:

Odinga claims to be Obama’s cousin.( there is youtube video of him saying that) He forced his way into being the Prime Minister of Kenya. In 2006, Obama went to Kenya to endorse and campaign for Odinga. Odinga promised the Muslim community that he would immediately enact Islamic law in Kenyan Muslim territories, , if they would vote for him. He promised that Kenya would be a safe haven for terrorist. He promised to build court houses in all of Kenya that only recognized sharia law. Kenya is 80% Christian. Odinga lost the election for President. Emails have emerged confirming that Obama was giving campaign advice to Odinga. They had daily phone conversations during that time,. He told him if he lost, to blame voter fraud. And encourage riots. Odinga did, it caused riots where 800 Christian churches were burned. One with 50 Christians still inside hiding. They all died. Here is video of Odinga in a press release stating, that the protest will not stop until I am president. The Kenyan gov. gave in and gave Odinga the Prime Minister spot. Not the presidential spot he was wanting. Thousands of people died because of these riots that Odinga encouraged..THE QUESTION IS : Why is Obama going to Kenya to campaign for this man? Giving campaign advice and endorsing a man that openly said he would enact Islamic law where it didn’t exist before? When asked by Fox News, Obama refused comment. There is supposed to be a story about this on Hannity and Colmes on Monday. Isn’t Obama supposed to be a Christian? When you research this, notice that Odinga and Obama are running on the same CHANGE theme. When you look at Odinga’s website, he say’s the same things that Obama does. Watch this video to the end. 3) RASHID KHALIDI:

Khalidi is an Arab Palestinian. He is Anti Israel. Used to live in Obama’s neighborhood. The Obama’s and the Khlaidi’s were friends and had many dinners together. Obama said in his book that he had many good conversations and meals at Khalidi’s home. Khalidi was friends with Ayers as well. Khalidi spent many hours at Ayer’s home. The Woods Fund, led by Ayer’s and Obama, gave Khalidi’s, Arab American Action Network (AAAN), A Group Co-Founded By Anti-Israel Columbia University Professor Rhashid Khalidi thousands of dollars. In 2000, Khalidi held a fundraiser for Obama. Khalidi was a spokesman for Yasser Arafat and a PLO member. When Obama was asked about this man. He said, I know him, because our kids went to the same lab school. He leaves out all the dinners he had at khalidi’s home. And the fundraiser that Khalidi held for him. Watch the videos.

Abunimah Serves On The Board Of Directors For The Arab American Action Network, An Organization With Ties To Rashid Khalidi. Abunimah, said that he met Obama many times in Chicago at Palestinian and Arab community events. In the video interview, he says that Obama seemed sympathetic to the Palestinian cause. Ayer’s and Obama, as board members on the Woods fund, gave $75,000 grant money to this Arab org. How is Obama going to handle conflicts between Israel and the Middle East, when he is donating money to Arab and Palestinian anti Israeli organizations?
