I lost 400 pictures from my cameras memory card in one blink of an eye. The sadest thing happened so quickly that I could hardly believe it at first. And I still can't really accept the fact.

I so hope that at least some of it is possible to restore... But I guess we'll see. Since I don't really know myself how to do that... And no one else really cares that much... And I think all the Experts are really boring poeple. Because they don't value what I really care about enough.

Lots of questions. And lots of different oppinions. I think filtering is normal. Especially when it comes to filtering those thumbnails that show up on my home page in my network shares section.

But then I see we are back to that old guestion here. Since I don't even have nude photos... They're hardly Greek godesses either. Again I must ask myself suitable for children or not? Or should I rephrase it: green or not green enough?

Hmm...

Sally Gal has added a post:

... that I give the groups a chance now. In flickr I never saw any feedback to my photos from theme groups. I think simply because my photos are boring and don't really catch the eye amongst all the other great shots there... AND because there probably aren't that many people who leave comments at the group anyway... Or are there? How do you act if you send your pic to a group? Does it has to be the rule to comment one per post or is it normal and polite anyway?

I think what I want to say here, people, is that if you invite a picture of mine to a group and I don't post it right away then it is probably only because I din't have time, or will, or energy to look at other pictures in the pool and to write something useful about them. I have noticed that I am not that eager to say *nice pic!* to a stranger too for I know plenty of people who are allergic to that type of comments and really expect more... But I can't speak English some days. Now it would be very rude if i left the comments in my native language... Hahaa -- j/k :)

After today I am officially ipernity member. Cuz I just removed the "just looking around..." bit from my profile and added serious warning about my bead-pictures to all the good guests. I am moved in that means. And warning to you all -- more beads will come! I try to be good and add some photos too, but... as you probably know I am in a stage where I don't take many photos... And don't feel bad when you don't have opinnion about beads... I am not expecting it really -- I know that this can be interesting to same type of freaks only. Luckily I have some old photos to import from flickr still... :)

Seems that people are never happy. Or are they? Prove me wrong :).

Anyway the group... I have waited for few days now that someone would greate group for paintings... Every day I run the search for it. And so I gave up today and made it myself. It is not very much fun yet since I am the only member, but hopefully there will be more members soon. We'll see. I welcome everyone to join! And have discussions etc... In my poor English. Haha!

Wish me luck...

I looked my flickr stream and uplaoded all pictures there were of Tartu here too now... But I have to admit that they probably wont give you any kind of overview of town at all. And the reason. Oh -- I am hiding behind my small camera again. I haven't taken many pictures of the landmarks here cuz the pictures usually won't come out as good with 3.2 megapixel soap-box as they would with real camera. I have seen many very good photos about Tartu -- and I don't see the good reason to repeat what others have done better before me. So I rather shoot something unusual or wrong even. I mean -- no one uses construction sites to advertise a town...

Though that does not mean I don't have more pictures of my town. It is just in Flickr (where all those good photographers are) I did not feel the need to post more pictures of this subject. I think I had Tartu gallery in Buzznet before I moved to Flickr. And now I have one here too. In time I will add more pictures of course. But I will still feel bad about my camera probably :)

I know they will all appear on your network page... If it was mine to decide there would be less of course... but since I have decided to collect them here... oh well.

But about the title of this blog. Yeah. Beading gives this interesting feel to rhythm. I was once told that i don't have no sence for rhythm. It was because I look ridiculos when I dance probably. Or maybe it was just an insult. I don't know. I have thought about it later. And I have serious doubts about wether a person can not to have rhythm sense. Sure not everybody can play drums... But what about all the other things in life? Your heart beats -- you can sense that. All your body is constantly filled with that rhythm. Days and nights create rhythm -- I bet everyone has noticed that. Months, years... Dayly routine. Big paterns and the small ones. Music. Walking. Dancing. Hearing.

Words.

I have noticed that I listen to words in music when I dance. Or I don't. I mean. Not the message in them. But the sound of words. Really I don't listen to them. They just have their effect on me.

But beading is a great hobby I find.

However I don't plan to close this account -- I have noticed some people have done that recently... Just to drop by and check your posts -- yeah -- I still come and check this site every day.

Sally Gal has added a post:

I have had lots of work recently. Lots of other obligatins too... And of course lots of things I would rather do instead :). But times are changing -- of that I am sure... I wonder If there is a chance for me to be bored too one day? Probably. But last few years I haven't been able to enjoy boredom... It is different kind of boredom than the one I used to have. It is more like anxiety. Wanting to do things, but not able to start anyithing...

But right now... I have started so many things, and I am not sure if I can go through with them... It is so weird that almost all things have certain stages. There usually is this point of regret right after beginning... Why do I try anyway?

Work -- sure that is something I have to do, no escape from that. Of course there would be -- but I have decided to take it this way. Maybe tomorrow I will decide different, but now I am a serious worker :) Yeah, the fact I am wasting my time writing blog means that I see the end of it.

Then there is painting. I long to paint. Recently when ever I try -- nothing comes out. Most canvases have bath after the session, and then maybe new try some other day :). I have two paintings started -- and I don't see them moving anywhere. I haven't painted all the previous summers either -- maybe I am just not the summer painter.

It is normal as long I can do something else instead. Ink for example... I have graphics exhibition coming in September -- why not work on that then? It is not a big and important thing, but there is plenty to do... I think I could easily find the 10-15 works I have already ready to put there... Unfortunately I got this idea to make something new for that event instead... Another new start... Hopefully with the happy ending.

And then sometimes I would just like to read a book...

But the point is that I would like to know how many docs, albums etc can free account have. Most of my frends will not buy pro account probably, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't make good addition to the community, I feel. And the one who would buy pro -- of course can't find the info about it either...

I have this 3.2 megapixel point and shoot camera. The official name is Canon Powershot A75. I call it a digi-soap-box :) Actually I am pretty tired of it and long for something better (AND BIGGER!). Especially when I shoot at concerts... Mostly I think because better camera would make better pictures (sharper for sure), and of course I have inferiority complecs when I am the only one with so small cannon surrounding the stars :)

I guess my priority is elsewhere though -- otherwise I would already found the means... My first priority equipment includes custom set of water mixable oil paints, synthetic brushes (because I find all the actual oil paint brushes too soft for my brutal style), medium size palette knife, etc... I also use pretty much of those ready made canvases, because as I live in small flat I have no place to prepare canvases myself -- that would probably drive all the naighbours very mad at me... Cuz it is a noisy business... Hope to change that soon though...

:)

Yeah -- you mustn't take my photography too serious... But over all I do belive that it is possible to shoot with a shoe box as well. The photographer comes first -- then the equipment!
