Captured in 16.9  large view if possible please! and four added notes!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The bay is part of the Bristol Channel, at low tide large parts of the channel become mud flats and sand banks due to the large tidal range of 43 ft (13 m)&lt;br /&gt;
Some tides come in so fast they are preceded by a large wave called a Bore, these  are present on about 130 days in the year and they make a spectacular sight as it travels many miles up the River Parrett,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

This is our local beach on Bridgwater Bay at Burnham on Sea and this low tide image features the Lower Lighthouse with another lighthouse just visible on Flat Holm Island in the distance,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Shot in B&amp;W because I foolishly had the 24-240 lens on the camera which really does not cope with low light like my usual 28-70 f4.&lt;/div&gt;</description>

Bridgwater Bay at Burnham on Sea with the lower lighthouse on the beach and the slipway used to launch rescue hovercraft and lifeboats during higher tides, These are launched from the beach at low tide.&lt;br /&gt;
This is just a small part of the six mile (9.6km) beach between Burnham and Brean down !&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Note 1, Brean Down is a promontory off the coast of Somerset, England, standing 318 feet high and extending 1+1⁄2 miles into the Bristol Channel&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Note 2, St Mary’s Church in Berrow, (known as the church of the dunes)&lt;br /&gt;

For an idea of the tides on the 6th April, Low water at 12.42pm was 0.6m and High tide at 06.42am was 11.6m a mean différance of 11m (36.08924 ft)&lt;br /&gt;

The image also features Britain's shortest pier, built in 1911 at just 100ft (ca. 30 metres) long.&lt;br /&gt;
