A beautiful Market in front of the famous cube houses of Rotterdam.
Builded in 2014 was designed by architectural firm MVRDV
Has an unsual horseshoe shape
It´s walls and ceiling are cover by 4000 pieces of metal printed using the same technology that uses Pixar studios for its 3d films.
The original file has 1.5 terabites
Artwork by Arno Coenen and Iris Roskam, named Horn of Plenty.The artwork shows strongly enlarged fruits, vegetables, seeds, fish, flowers and insects.
Difficult to trasmit the sensation to beeing there. A must visit place if you go to Rotterdam, specially with the magic of the night
At the PIP are my wife Gerda, my daughter Gabiela and his boyfriend ZeZe (he is peruvian-dutch) , you can see easily the magnificent work of ceilings and walls

Giethoorn is a beautiful village 120 Knm north east from Amsterdam
It´s famous because has many canals, the only way to go to the houses (wich are very pintorestic) is crossing its many bridges (172 in the village) or by boat.
This shot has a perspective compressed because the use of a tele lens at 300 mm. The PIPs shows the view of the bridges from the boat and how to go throuth it to a house.
HFF (very special for me because it´s my birthday) and have a great new year
At summer very crowdy and noisy disturbs a lot the life of the locals, we were at October, hopefully no rain

My favorite sport in Amsterdam was panning bikes at the streets
With canon G15, with 1/15 or 1/30 of speed moving the camera even after the shot following the bike (panning)

Sloterdijk is a place between Schiphol airport and Amsterdam Central Station
Many people that visit Amsterdam stays here because the nearest (1 train station) to Amsterdam and because hotels are cheap than in Amsterdam
This is a view of the Holliday Inn hotel, through the structure of the central station (200 m from it). We stay there and have a very nice stay in our Amsterdam visit

Gorcum or Gorinchen was a walled city in the past with four gates or poorts
The only one that survive was Dalen poort, showed in the picture on a very nice day
There are also parts of tha ancient wall in the city

Historic because Rembrandt borns in Leiden and the introduction of tulips was also there and many other things
