These were taken last night from my back garden, looking over the fence and through the trees that grow around the perimeter. The light seemed to be changing by the second..!!

Taken over the back garden fence from my bedroom window, shortly after sunrise. Taking the shot from upstairs means I can avoid getting the car park in the shot!

It's quite unusual to get a shot like this anywhere near sunrise because the sun rises in the front of the house.

Taken through the double-glazed window of my daughter's first floor flat in Exmouth last month. I didn't notice it until late as we had the curtains closed to watch a movie on the TV. It was really lovely, but didn't last very long.

The last three images (two in the PiPs) from my sunset shoot at the end of January, taken from Broadmarsh Coastal Park looking towards Portsmouth. All three feature a small pebbled spit of land which is the last to be covered up by the incoming tide on which there is a wreck of a small boat.

After I had taken some photos of the sunset at Langstone Harbour last week, I went back to the car park and was just about to put my camera away in the boot when I glanced behind me and spotted this view. So, out came the camera again for a final shot. I hope you like it as much as I did.

Sunset last night taken from Broadmarsh Coastal Park, Havant, Hampshire...........looking across Langstone Harbour towards the Portsmouth skyline. It had been a grey and miserable day with some heavy clouds and rain, but it all changed about an hour before sunset. I was driving back from a friends house - saw it changing and diverted to catch the sunset, getting there with about 15 minutes left before the sun went below the horizon.

This was taken a few days ago over the top of my 6ft high back garden fence. By standing in the garden and using a long lens I can just about get the trees in against the sky without having the fence in shot or any of the car park signs. Just to the left and out of shot is a Police Station and a COVID-19 test centre and to the right is a Leisure Centre and swimming pool (closed because of COVID-19). Between the two is a huge car park (empty because of COVID-19).

Taken on Hayling Island at the Stoke Fruit Farm sunflower fields A lovely evening out with my wife, both daughters and one of my grandchildren.

The sunflowers were a little worse for wear due to the unusually high temperatures we've been having together with no rain for a while, but still quite lovely.
