An Alpine Apollo-Butterfly (Parnassius phoebus) on a Carduus personata. Seen in the Nature Park Zillertal Alps on the Astegg near Mayrhofen (Tyrol, Austria) at an altitude of approx. 1,200 m.

The Krimml Cascade in the early morning. With a total height of 385 m these are the highest waterfalls in Austria. In the picture you can see the lower step of the falls, which has a height of fall of 140 m.
