Another exotic car, even more so with foreign plates & lhd, passing by, as I wait for my bus back from Lidl's, Newhaven!
March 2022 - I am fairly sure that I saw the same car making the same turn very recently, but it was red!

Bishopstone Village fete is the sort of event that one expects proceedings to be interrupted by Inspector Barnaby and then crisscrossed with blue and white police - do not cross - tape. But I have yet to trip over a body! The signs at the entrances do caution you to beware of rabbit holes, though.
I used to live near Midsomer Norton (Somerset) and Norton (East Sussex) is about a mile north of Bishopstone, but I ramble....
If you don't watch UK TV detective series you will have even less idea of what I am talking about than I do.

The Standard Motor Company was founded in Coventry, England in 1903 with the Standard name last used in Britain in 1963, and in India in 1987.

As best I can tell this is a Standard 10 or at least that's what the badge on the bonnet said. However, I've also seen them described as a Super Ten though I've been unable to find out what the difference, if any, actually is.
