La Ville de Valras-Plage (34) a fait réaliser par l'artiste Raphaël PORON une fresque murale face au port.
UNE FRESQUE MURALE POUR TRANSMETTRE LES TRADITIONS !
✅ Les Valrassiens sont très attachés à leur histoire et à leurs traditions
Pour formaliser de façon pérenne cet attachement, la Ville de Valras-Plage a fait réaliser par l'artiste Raphaël PORON une fresque murale face au port
Celle-ci est le symbole du passage de flambeau entre les générations pour que vive et perdure la mémoire

La tombe de Fernand Arbelot, qui voulait contempler le visage de sa femme pour l’éternité, est l’une des plus émouvante du cimetière du Père Lachaise.
Aux pieds du gisant de bronze, l’épitaphe est également très poétique « Ils furent émerveillés du beau voyage qui les mena jusqu’au bout de la vie ».

Baptisée "Des ailes pour Voler " , en référence à une citation du Dalaï-Lama est le résultat du travail de artiste Kirga . Elle est d'origine lituanienne et vit à Beaune . Depuis le 10 mai 2021 , habitants de Saint Valery-sur-Somme et touristes peuvent l’admirer , à l’entrée de l'entrepôt des sels ., la statue de bronze qui représente une jeune femme tenant dans ses mains , un oiseau , est installée sur un socle de pierre .

On voit bien ce que l'artiste a voulu représenter , c'est encore plus frappant quand on louche , c'est une réussite . Zoo Art show . La Défense . .

As we returned to the mainland from the small isles aboard the CalMac Ferry the M/V Loch Nevis the days Sun and been replaced by a thickening sea mist, the ships Fog Horn blasted a safe passage to the port of Mallaig, as we came nearer to shore the mist backed away and the ghostly figures appeared on the end of the breakwater,

The statue of a Fisherman and Child that stands at the entrance to Mallaig Harbour on the west Coast of Scotland. The statue was donated to the community of Mallaig by the sculptor, the late Mark Rogers of Knoydart. Mallaig was once the Europe's busiest Herring Port and is the most westerly harbour on the British Mainland.

The author of the monument is Ukrainian sculptor Vasyl Boroday.
The grand opening of the structure took place on May 9, 1981.

- The total height of the monument with a pedestal is 102 m.

- The height of the sculpture "Motherland" (from the pedestal to the tip of the sword) is 62 m.

- In one hand, the statue holds a 16-meter sword weighing 9 tons, and in the other - a shield measuring 13x8 m with a trident.

- The entire structure is welded and weighs 450 tons.

- The frame itself begins at a depth of 17.8 m (from the entrance to the museum), it is to this depth that a concrete well with a diameter of 34 m goes.

- There is an observation deck on the shield of "Motherland".
