A Nile Crocodile swims alongside the frantic wildebeest crossing the Mara River in Kenya. Normally, one or two of the wildebeest would become his dinner. However, this day, he was content to watch his dinner pass him by. Perhaps he had recently had his fill of wildebeest. In any event, these wildebeest were extremely lucky that he allowed them to pass unscathed.

Je ne suis guère présente sur ipernity.
Mercredi, j'ai pris connaissance du défi de cette semaine, qui semble être un dénouement 3/3, dont j'ai manqué les actes 1 et 2.
J'ai trouvé dans mes photos récentes cette prise qui semble convenir au sujet.

Un plateau de jeu de dames fait maison, des lego© pour les pions.
Une initiation pour mon petit-fils, un souvenir de mes parties avec mon grand-père.
Une partie à l'issue...

Barfußwandern ist im Trend, und viele teilen ihre Erlebnisse, wobei einige sogar von spirituellen und gesundheitlichen Vorteilen berichten. Ich selbst bin schon mehreren Barfußwanderern begegnet. Sogar über steinige Höhenwege Mütter mit Kindern auf dem Rücken.

Das Barfußwandern stimuliert den Tastsinn der Fußsohlen und verschafft uns intensiven Kontakt zur Natur. Am Morgen kitzelt das feuchte und kühle Gras. Wir spüren sonnengewärmte Steine und raschelndes Laub. Dunkler Matsch quillt durch die Zehen, eine kleine Pfütze macht die Füße wieder sauber.

Barfußwandern kräftigt Muskeln, Bänder und Gelenke und verbessert die motorischen Fähigkeiten, es erhöht die Blutzirkulation in den Beinen und beugt damit zum Beispiel Venenleiden vor. Durch die ständige Massage der Reflexzonen der Füße wird Stress ab- und Entspannung aufgebaut. Taken at Hamvention, Dayton, Ohio. This is a big amateur radio get-together. They have a "flea" market in the open field near the exhibit halls. This fellow was selling TUBES! Yes, there are still tube radios being maintained and used for amateur radio.

(And they were also selling tube testers, not shown.)

For the Sunday Challenge the issue was context. So, the viewer might ask: where is this? why all these items? these seem for sale, but who buys them?

When I first posted this, I tried to provide some context using words, but we get a little bit of visual context with the grass and vehicle in the background (flea market?). So, where do we go from here?
