THE DAMAGED ROAD IS BEING REPAIRED/PATCHED -
MUST SAY THEY ARE DOING A VERY GOOD JOB -
THE DEVELOPER PAYS FOR THIS PER STATE OF NC LAW -
HE ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR PAVING THE ENTIRE STREET -
SINCE "HE DIDN'T DAMAGE THE ENTIRE ROAD" -
PER A CITY EMPLOYEE WHO WAS BY CHECKING ON THE PROGRESS -
I ASKED HIM "WHAT COMES AFTER THE 'PATCH JOB" -
HE SAID IT WOULD GO ON THE CITY CALENDAR PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. -
THE CITY WOULD PAVE OUR ROAD and YES, THE CITIZENS GET THE BILL.

Lake Mackintosh Park & Marina was developed in 1993 and is the primary water reservoir for the citizens of Burlington, NC..
It covers over 1150 acres and has a shoreline of 61 miles.
The lake is fed by two tributaries, the Greater Alamance and Little Alamance Creeks.
These creeks have been the primary source of stocking fish for the lake.

PHOTOS TAKEN ON 19 AUG 2023 -- IT WAS A TOUGH CALL TO PICK EITHER ONE FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE OR FROM THE BURLINGTON DENTZEL CAROUSEL.
