The entrance sign to the temple area.
Gunung Kawi Sebatu is a sacred water temple located in the village of Tegalalang on Bali. It is situated in a lush green valley surrounded by rice terraces and tropical forests, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
The temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu and is known for its holy spring water.

The Bali Arts Festival is centered in Denpasar, the island's capital. The main venues are: Bajra Sandhi Monument in Renon: This is where the opening parade and many performances are held.
My photo shows an excelent artwork statue of the Hindu demons and the Naga snakes left and right with the local girl who liked to be captured on the picture in front of the artwork.

This year, the Bali Arts Festival will adopt the theme "Jana Kerthi Pramaguna Wikrama," which means "Uplifting Human Dignity and Excellence."

Kumbhakarna is a powerful rakshasa and younger brother of Ravana from the Hindu epic Ramayana. Despite his gigantic size and appetite, he is described as a virtuous character and a great warrior in Hindu texts. He is said to have slaughtered 8,000 vanaras over the course of Rama's mission to rescue Sita.

The statue is posed on the entrance to the Sangeh Monkey Park in Badung regency on Bali.

Die Skulptur ist das letzte am Ort vorhandene Bildwerk von ehemals drei Freiplastiken der Bildhauerin Ludmila Seefried-Matejkowa. Die Skulpturen 'Schlafende' und 'Walkman' wurden entfernt.

Nein. Der Schreiner war nicht besoffen. Vielmehr hatte Jasna Blaic die Idee, eine Sitzbank mit der Silhouette vom Verlauf des Mains vom Ochsenkopf bis nach Frankfurt aufzustellen.
So geschah es dann auch.

Gehe nicht aus dem Hause, ohne die Kamera im Gepäck zu haben. An so einem schönen Frühlingstag wie heute, gleich gar nicht.

Da eine einzelne Person, meine Enkeltochter, einen vielfältigen Wunsch in Form einer Erdbeertorte geäußert hat, ging es heute Vormittag noch mal auf den Wochenmarkt. Da ist das Angebot an Obst und Gemüse immer am Besten. Gelegenheit von den blühenden Zierkirschbäumen noch mal ein Bild bei schönerem Wetter wie in der Woche zu machen.

Die Skulptur im Vordergrund nennt sich "Großer Vogelbaum" und ich fand, mit der Zierkirsche im Hintergrund wirkt das gut. Außerdem macht das 50er wirklich Spaß. Die beiden rechten PIPs sind am 05. Februar letzten Jahres entstanden und mit die ersten Bilder gewesen, die ich überhaupt mit dem Objektiv gemacht habe. Die anderen PIPs sind von heute, auch mit dem 50er.

Zur Skulptur ist zu lesen: "Großer Vogelbaum von Theo Balden (1904-1995). Hier ist nichts eckig, im Gegenteil, das Gebilde ist von außen komplett rund wie eine Kugel. Erst wenn man genauer hinschaut, bemerkt man die kleinen Vögel, die geborgen in der Höhle sitzen.
