Das Gebäude der Börse von Santiago ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude an der Ecke der Straßen Bandera und Moneda im Stadtteil La Bolsa im Zentrum von Santiago , Chile . Es wurde 1917 eingeweiht und ist der Hauptsitz der Börse von Santiago . Mit dem Dekret Nr. 3705 des Obersten Rates vom 30. Juni 1981 wurde es zum Nationaldenkmal Chiles in der Kategorie historisches Denkmal erklärt.

Im Jahr 1913 beschloss die Börse von Santiago dank einer Kapitalerhöhung, ein Grundstück zu erwerben, das zuvor dem Augustinerinnenkloster gehört hatte. Die Nonnen hatten im Vorjahr beschlossen, das Grundstück aufzuteilen. Das neue Gebäude wurde an der Ecke der Straßen Bandera und Moneda unter der Leitung des Architekten Emile Jéquier errichtet .

Nach vierjähriger Bauzeit, die durch die Schwierigkeiten bei der Beschaffung der in Europa erworbenen Materialien aufgrund des Ausbruchs des Ersten Weltkriegs geprägt war, wurde das Gebäude am 25. Dezember 1917 von Präsident Juan Luis Sanfuentes eingeweiht und war das erste fertiggestellte Gebäude im Viertel La Bolsa. Später beschädigte das Erdbeben von 1985 das Gebäude und machte eine Restaurierung erforderlich.

Das im Stil der französischen Renaissance erbaute Gebäude mit dreieckigem Grundriss besteht aus einer Metallkonstruktion, die mit Ziegeln und Beton ummantelt ist . Die äußeren Details sind aus Zementmörtel und Metallgewebe gefertigt.

Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Untergeschoss und vier Obergeschosse, von denen das erste dem Börsenhandel gewidmet ist und den Handelssaal beherbergt. Der Haupteingang ist ein vorspringender, runder Bau, der von einer Kuppel und einem Turm gekrönt wird.

Au fond on voit le Fort National, construit en 1689 par Vauban pour assurer la protection de Saint-Malo. Lorsque le drapeau est hissé, le site est libre pour la visite qui se fait en fonction des marées (accès à marée basse uniquement).
