The festive unseasonal reworking. The bottle has two filters: "Artistic: Film Grain" and "Blur: Smart Blur." There's of course some extra-cheezing of the type, and some paint and Cut/Paste/Free Transform, etc.

I'm not sure why random pictures keep disappearing from the photostream, but when I spot this happening, I'll post them again. :(

The wall behind the toilet has some "Artistic: Dry Brush." The figure has a little repainting, and the plants have some redrawing with the pastels. The porcelain altar was lightened with "Command L."

"Artistic: Cutout" over all. The figure was color adjusted with "Command U." The ornaments were given that coarse texture with "Sharpen: Sharpen More." Other minor adjustments.

Photoshop version, tweaked with various tools and a little paint. Background was run through the "Artistic: Fresco" filter and cranked up with the "color dodge" option in an attempt to give it that sea-of-lava-like quality.

Same card, run with two different sizes of the "Pixelate: Pointillize" filter, about 70% and in "Difference" mode. The figures were Lassoed to leave them out of the filter, then touched up and repainted. The white zigzag line was added back with the Polygonal Lasso tool and the "Fill" option.

Same card, with some tool and color/light changes. The lasso and magic wand were used to run the figure and background through separate settings of the "Artistic: Watercolor" filter. Does B*tt* Cr*ck*r's abomination of Italian cooking make a splendid headdress/rain hat, or what?

In the redo, the square/head is smaller, thanks to Transform and a little Clone Stamp. There's a mishmash of brush and pastel circling the square to soften the space up a little bit. The head is run through a medium setting of a "Distort: Glass" filter, which more or less obliterated the facial features. They were Lassoed from the original card, then cut and pasted to the redo with no change in size. Those "eyes" are oven dials, as I'm sure you were dying to know.

The redo's buttery center is a medium percentage of "Artistic: Paint Daubs." Other minor corrections and changes.

Those creepy clutching hands only look that way because they used to be holding scrubbing pads, before I operated.

The same card, with some Smart Blur filtering. I readjusted the pink hues with "command U" to make them look brighter and less grubby. I blame Satan. That triangle of weird limbless space-canines (actually, they're just fancy rolled napkins from an old volume of American Home, early 1960s) got a medium percentage run-through in "Artistic: Plastic Wrap."
