Der Vogelkopf wurde von mir selbst fotografiert (siehe PiP). Insgesamt ist das Ausgangsmaterial also 100% fotografisch. Allerdings hat ChatGPT mir als Werkzeug die Mühsal abgenommen, beide Bilder zu einem Composing zu vereinen. Gretchenfrage: Ist das nun ein KI-Bild, oder eher nicht?

No sunshine reaches this narrow, cold valley (see GEO data) from October to February. You wouldn't want to live there.

In dieses enge, kalte Tal (siehe GEO-Daten) gelangt von Oktober bis Februar kein Sonnenschein. Wohnen möchte man dort nicht.

The sunlight makes such shots possible in the first place - but it also cleans the snow off the branches. For such motifs, it is therefore even more important than usual to be in the right place at the right time.

Das Sonnenlicht macht solche Aufnahmen überhaupt erst möglich - aber es putzt auch den Schnee von den Zweigen. Für solche Motive gilt deshalb noch mehr als sonst, zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort zu sein.

This is what it looked like this morning on the Steinplatte in Waidring (Tyrol, Austria). The cold front, which brought a lot of fresh snow, has passed through. Clear, frosty weather dominates over the next few days.

The Egger Plant in St. Johann in Tirol (Austria) at night. The central heat and power plant is fuelled by biomass (wood waste from chipboard production, waste wood, waste pallets). It supplies more than 1,500 households and many public buildings with district heating. The image was taken from the west.

Das Egger-Werk in St. Johann in Tirol (Österreich) bei Nacht. Die zentrale Wärme-Kraft-Anlage wird mit Biomasse (Holzabfälle aus der Spanplattenproduktion, Altholz, Altpaletten) betrieben. Today is the darkest day of the year. My wife and I are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. (We chose this date because from then on it will be steadily getting lighter again.)

The photo was taken on the way home from the Christmas market in the neighbouring village. The surrealistic lighting is created by the district heating plant in the background

Heute ist der dunkelste Tag des Jahres. Meiner Frau und ich feiern unseren 15ten Hochzeitstag. (Wir hatten diesen Termin gewählt, weil es von da an wieder stetig heller wird.)

Die Aufnahme entstand beim Heimweg vom Weihnachtsmarkt im Nachbardorf. Die surrelistische Beleuchtung entsteht durch das Fernheizwerk im Hintergrund.
