This 737 served with Ryanair from February 2002 until June 2009 when it was leased to Ethiopian Airlines as ET-ANB.
Sadly, it crashed into the Mediterranean Sea shortly after take off from Beirut on 25/01/10 with the loss of all 90 people aboard.

Unlike today, American Airlines did not operate scheduled services to European airports at the time so it was quite a rare visitor. As far as I recall it was operating a cargo service for Aer Lingus.
This 707 was subsequently sold to MEA -Middle East Airlines as OD-AHB in 1982 but was destroyed on the ground at Beirut during shelling of the airport in January 1987.
