Caithlin has just won the title of Grand International Premier, so I suppose she is now the Grand Duchess of our house... ;)

This week-end we have been to the FIFé World Show in Malmö, Sweden. It was a huge event with 1955 (!) qualified cats entered for competition.
There was no best in show for Caithlin this time, but she received lots of praise and secured the GIP title by winning her 8th CAGPIB certificate.

Caithlin with judge Thea Friskovec at the stage show on Sunday.

After the summer break Caithlin is back at the shows. This weekend she was at the DARAK Cat Show in Dragør, Denmark.
Her judges in Class 6, Ulrika Eriksson and Thea Friskovec, liked her, so on both days she received her CAGPIB certificates and also won the BIV (Best In Variety) awards and the nominations for the stage show.
Saturday she came 2nd, but on Sunday she won her 5th Best in Show (group III, female, neuter)

On Sunday Caithlin was at Racekatten's show in Køge, Denmark. Her judge in Class 6 Helene Lis awarded her the CAGPIB certificate and nomination for the stage show. On stage the panel voted her Best in Show (group III, female, neuter).
This was her 6th Best In Show and 11th Nomination in 12 shows... :)

Yesterday Caithlin were at a cat show in Hårlev, Denmark and we had a great day. She got her CAGPIB certificate with no problem and also nomination for the stage show.
On stage she won her 3rd Best in Show (group 3, female, neuter) by unanimous vote. Furthermore she went on to beat the 7 other Best in Show neuters in a Best Of The Best contest.
She is a real show cat - confident, charming and perfect according to the breed standard. We are so proud of having her.♥ :)

On Saturday Caithlin were at the Jyrak Cat Show in Vejle, Denmark. There was an Abysinnian-Somali special event, which meant that more than 60 cats of the two sister breeds were present.

Judge Marie Westerlund had only praise for her, so Caithlin got her third CAGPIB certificate and also won the BIV (Best In Variety) and nomination for the stage show.

On stage she won her 4th Best in Show (Aby/Som group, female, neuter) by unanimous vote. After that she beat the Aby/Som male neuter and went on to meet the neuters of the four other categories. She ended up as 2nd best neuter overall - BOB-2.

Oh yeah, by the way - she also won as the Best of Best Veteran (over 7 y.o.). The car was heavily loaded with prizes, when we left... ;)

On Sunday Caithlin was judged by Aina Hauge. She received her first certificate as International Premier and was once more nominated for the stage show - her 6th nomination in 7 shows!
