The building of this ECAB (Eastern Caribbean Amalagmated Bank) branch seemed substantial and in good order but notices around the outside, of which three can be seen in the picture, report the closure, nearly three years ago, of this High Street branch and the night safe (far left) although machine withdrawals could still be made.&lt;br /&gt;
