Given that a tea drinker, paying a similar price, gets hot(tish) water slung on a teabag and a finger pointed in the general direction of milk, a semi-DIY experience, it is understandably annoying that unnecessarily complicated coffee concoctions take so long individually to make. It is this, more than anything, that makes the still burgeoning success of the leading brands all but incomprehensible. That and the stupid cup size names, corrupted from the Italian but, in our usage, indicative of pretty much nothing if you're unfamiliar with the sizes.&lt;br /&gt;
