I took the recipe out of the Graham Kerr Cookbook, pictured below.  The recipe was number 25 in that volume.  The recipe turned out real flavorful, although I did make one slight change.  Instead of the clarified butter it called for, I used some Irish butter instead.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
