Das Eden Project ist ein botanischer Garten bei Bodelva in Cornwall, England, etwa fünf Kilometer ostnordöstlich von St Austell. Die Anlage ist rund 50 Hektar groß und stellt eine bedeutende Sehenswürdigkeit im Süden Englands dar: 2019 wurde das Eden Project von rund 1.010.000 Personen besucht. 2024 betrug die Besucherzahl etwa 674.000 Personen.
Das Eden Project entstand nach einer Idee des englischen Archäologen und Unternehmers Tim Smit in einer stillgelegten Kaolingrube nahe von St Austell. Von der Idee im Jahr 1995 dauerte es sechs Jahre bis zur Eröffnung der Anlage am 17. März 2001. Dominiert wird der Garten von zwei riesigen Gewächshäusern, die aus jeweils vier miteinander verschnittenen geodätischen Kuppeln in der Bauweise von Richard Buckminster Fuller bestehen. Hier werden verschiedene Vegetationszonen simuliert. Die Gewächshäuser des Eden Projects sind derzeit die größten der Welt

The Minack Theatre is an open-air theatre, constructed above a gully with a rocky granite outcrop jutting into the sea. The theatre is at Porthcurno, four miles from Land's End in Cornwall, England. The Minack's performing season runs from Easter to the end of October and includes a wide range of music and theatre.

The church of St Senara in the small Cornish village of Zennor is one of the historic delights of the St Ives area. The present church dates to the 12th century, but it is thought to stand on the site of a cell founded by the 6th century saint, Senara, whose name has been altered over the centuries to become 'Zennor'.

Die Burg Tintagel [tɪnˈtædʒəɫ] (englisch: Tintagel Castle, Kornisch: Kastell Dintagell = Festung des schmalen Zugangs) liegt auf einer Halbinsel an der Westküste Cornwalls, nicht weit vom Dorf Tintagel entfernt. Zu ihr führen steile Zu- und Abgänge, sie ist nur durch eine schmale Landzunge mit dem Festland verbunden. In der Sage wird sie mit der Zeugung des mythischen Königs Artus (englisch: Arthur) verbunden:
Nach der Artussage, die im Wesentlichen von Geoffrey von Monmouth in den 1130er Jahren verfasst wurde, fand in Tintagel die Zeugung von König Artus statt. In den Tagen von Uther Pendragon gehörte die Burg Tintagel demnach einem gewissen Gorlois, dem Herzog von Cornwall. Hier versteckte Gorlois seine Frau, Igraine, die Uther für sich selbst begehrte. Um sich unbemerkt Igraine nähern zu können, verlieh Merlin ihm das Aussehen des Herzogs. Der Plan ging auf, und Igraine empfing den späteren König Artus.
In der Tristan-Sage ist Tintagel die Burg König Markes und ein wichtiger Handlungsschauplatz.

Das Bauernhaus aus dem 14. Jh hatte ursprünglich ein Reetdach, das im 16./17. Jh durch das jetzige Schieferdach ersetzt wurde. Im 19. Jh diente das Haus als Postamt, heute gehört es dem National Trust.

A 14th century yeoman's house, originally thatched, this house served as a post office in Victorian times. It is now owned by the National Trust.

St. Michael's Mount lies on a tidal Island in Cornwall and is reached by causeway at low tide. In the 11th century it was given to the Benedictines by Edward the Confessor and was the Cornish counterpart to Mont Saint-Michel. Since the 17th century is has been the home of the St. Aubyn family. The current castle dates from the late 19th century and it is now managed by the National Trust .
