This is taken in Bridgwater's West Street cutting with the tunnel directly behind the photographer, Now only used for pleasure craft&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It was opened in 1827 and linked the River Tone to the River Parrett, HWW!&lt;/div&gt;</description>

Built between 1824 and 1827 with this extension between 1839-1843. In 1968 a part of the wall collapsed hence the patch of whiter wall on the right, &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
HWW and a large view perhaps !&lt;/div&gt;</description>
