It worked very simple, the gear was selected by moving the handle in the desired position and when the shift was needed, the shift pedal was pressed. R is reverse, N is neutral, 1 and 2 is first and second gear, T is top gear and O is overdrive. The fluid coupling meant that no difficult (double) clutching was needed.&lt;/div&gt;</description>
