One the anniversary of D-Day I thought a picture of our local war memorial would be appropriate for the "Single in June" challenge. This was taken at night hence the curious lighting.

Just missed the best of the light, and the wind was howling a gale so even on the tripod the image isn't as sharp as I'd like. Even so, not too bad...
