I very much like wrecks and relics as photographic subjects although, I must say, I like them more when I can determine their origins. This is the remains of Cessna 182R Skylane II G-ISEH, one of three Cessnas in a group at North Weald.

I am grateful to fellow photographer Colin Martin for providing the information which allowed me to update my commentary.

I very much like wrecks and relics as photographic subjects although, I must say, I like them more when I can determine their origins. This, Cessna 340 G-LUND, is one of three Cessnas in a group at North Weald.

I very much like wrecks and relics as photographic subjects although, I must say, I like them more when I can determine their origins. These three Cessnas are at North Weald. On the left is Cessna T310R G-VDIR which, other pictures show, has been in situ a long time. In the centre is Cessna 340 G-LUND and, on the right, is not very much of Cessna 182R Skylane II G-ISEH which, as far as I can determine, was flying more recently than its companions.
