Thank you for your patience and your mental backing! (Picture captured by a companion on top of the Lagazuoi Pizo (2.778m, Dolomites, Italy). In the background the south-western summits of the Fanes Group which are nearly 3.000 m high.)

(At the moment I'm not very present on IPERNITY, because the move to another flat requires my full activity.)

Frescos on the walls directly underneath the rooftop of the Palazzo del Termine in Arco (Trentino, Italy). Dedicated to the poet and humanist Nicolò d'Arco, they were painted by Dionisio Bonmartini (1562-1581).

Wcan still admire them without any update of hardware or software. That is ETERNIY.

Fresken an den Mauern des Palazzo del Termine in Arco (Trentino, Italien) direkt unterhalb des Daches. Sie sind dem Dichter und Humanisten Nicolò d'Arco gewidmet, der in diesem Gebäude gelebt hat. Gemalt wurden sie von Dionisio Bonmartini (1562-1581).

Man kann sie immer noch bewundern, ohne jedwedes Update von Hard- oder Software. Das ist ETERNIY.

The Lake Pisciadù, situated very high (2,570m) within in the Sella Mountain Mass. Left hand the Cima Pisciadù (2,895m), which is amazingly easy to be climbed from the other side via a hiking trail - sufficient condition assumed.

Early morning of a lovely day in September 2015. (Left hand in the foreground the Rifugio Carlo Valentin, 2.218m, where you may stay overnight). The "small" rock peak at the very left of the mountain mass is the Torre Exner (2,494m). A fixed rope route leads to its summit. Next on right - separated by a deep canyon - is the Mur del Pisciadù Occidentale (2,495m). You can go there via a plank bridge.

Sonnenaufgang über dem Sella-Massiv (Dolomiten). Im Vordergrund links das Rifugio Carlo Valentin (2.218m), wo man übernachten kann. Der "kleine" Felsturm am linken Rand des Bergmassivs ist der Exner-Turm (Torre Exner, 2.494m), auf den der Pisciadù-Klettersteig hochführt. Rechts daneben - durch eine tiefe Schlucht getrennt - der Brunecker Turm (2.495m). Man erreicht ihn in schwindelnder Höhe über eine Seilbrücke.

The Langkofel Group (Dolomites, Italy), captured one early mornig in September 2015, when the first hoarfrost happened. (The shadow in the foreground results from the Sella Mountains, reverse from the photographer.)

Die Langkofel-Gruppe in den Dolomiten, aufgenommen an einem frühen Septembermorgen 2015. Links die Grohmannspitze (3.126m), in der Mitte die Fünffingerspitze (2.996m), rechts der Langkofel (3.081m). Der Schatten im Vordergrund ist der des Sella-Massivs im Rücken des Fotografen.
