I think it no coincidence that "Cook" County is home to Chicago itself with prominent  "Lake" county to the north... I doubt Blago - as he is called - will come out guns blazing like in this cover illustration by Emmett Watson for Frank Gruber's "Death Elects a Governor" - at least I &lt;i&gt;hope&lt;/i&gt; not!!&lt;br /&gt;
